Still Here reserves the right to reject any returned products that do not comply with the return policy stated below. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address. In order to avoid this, please contact info@stillhere.nyc to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
For the Holidays, we are extending our return window for gifts until January 10th. We are able to accept gifts for return or exchange by this date for both online and in-store orders. After this date, returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted unless they are in the return window. The item must be returned in original condition, unworn, with tags still attached.
IN-STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Any items purchased in-store are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase date. Exchange or store credit is available within 14 days of purchase date. The item must be returned in original condition, unworn, with tags still attached.
ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Any items purchased online are eligible for a refund within 7 days of delivery. Exchange or store credit is available within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in original condition and packaging, unworn, with tags still attached.
All returns and exchanges will result in a $10 processing fee. Processing fees cover shipping and restocking services. Please use our Return and Exchanges Portal linked here.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once the order is received in our warehouse. If you selected store credit, you will be emailed your store credit once the return is processed. Still Here store credit is redeemable online or in-store. Store credit will expire one year following the product purchase date.
Still Here is not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise through the return or exchange process.

International Returns and Exchanges are unfortunately not yet processed via our Return & Exchange Portal. Shipping costs and duties for International Returns and Exchanges are the sole responsibility of purchasing customers.
